Teen Anxiety Group

This 16 week online program ( two in-person sessions) will address the complexity of anxiety, triggers, coping skills with practical experiences and tools to gain confidence. Space is limited to 11 participants per group.
January 20- May 4: Saturdays 10:30-11:30 am
January 17-May 1: Wednesdays 3:00-4:00 pm

College Adjustment and Anxiety Group

This is an online support group for those starting the new transition into college. Factors such as transitioning into adulthood, academic and financial stressors, relationship changes all contribute to the development or exacerbation of anxiety symptoms. Addressing and gaining support helps promote mental well-being and over all quality of life. Space is limited to 11 participants.
