Support Groups:
Teen Anxiety Group
This 16 week online program ( two in-person sessions) will address the complexity of anxiety, triggers, coping skills with practical experiences and tools to gain confidence. Space is limited to 11 participants per group.
January 20- May 4: Saturdays 10:30-11:30 am
January 17-May 1: Wednesdays 3:00-4:00 pm
College Adjustment and Anxiety Group
This is an online support group for those starting the new transition into college. Factors such as transitioning into adulthood, academic and financial stressors, relationship changes all contribute to the development or exacerbation of anxiety symptoms. Addressing and gaining support helps promote mental well-being and over all quality of life. Space is limited to 11 participants.

Mindfulnes
- Introduction to Mindfulness
- Skill building, presence, and personal awareness
- Exercises practical for daily use
Distress Tolerance and Emotional Regulation
- Coping skills & Mindfulness techniques for distress tolerance and skills for real-life scenario’s
- Identify and manage strong emotions and regulating intense feelings
- Understanding impulsive behavior and emotional dysregulation
Interpersonal Effectiveness
- Social Skills training assertiveness and conflict resolution
- Peer relationships and communication
- Family dynamics and navigating relationships
