I have experience in helping people find a sense of belonging and a sense of safety within themselves and their environment.
In addition, my background in Psychoanalysis has helped shape my therapeutic approach as I understand human issues as a search for self-acceptance and security. Our behaviors are heavily influenced by fear of abandonment and by our level of self-worth and inner peace.
I have been practicing as an MFT since 2019 and as a psychoanalyst since 2015.
Sean O’Neill, LMFT 112879

I have been practicing as a therapist since 2012 and have since developed a therapeutic approach that draws on multiple theoretical orientations and techniques. It is a flexible and multifaceted approach to therapy that allows me to use the most effective methods available to address each individual client’s needs. I have experience treating individuals and families with anxiety and depression, trauma, issues with identity, and addiction.
Anushri, AMFT 133437

I specialize in working with people in recovery who are transitioning into life after long-term addiction as well as with immigrants who are facing acculturation or adjustment issues being second/third generation in this country. I also enjoy working with female clients who are struggling to find a healthy work-life balance, with a focus on intergenerational traumas.
I am a firm believer in Irvin Yalom’s statement “It’s the relationship that heals” and hope to help clients develop insights through collaboratively exploring their attachment styles, behaviors, and life patterns, as well as empower them to independently create a meaningful life for themselves. I employ active and reflective listening while using collaborative and culturally sensitive approaches to tailor treatment to the client’s unique needs and values. I utilize a combination of techniques, including experiential and solution-focused therapy, as well as gestalt and attachment-based therapy, to meet my clients’ needs.

Life is a multidimensional “puzzle” where we often find ourselves trying to piece together the parts of ourselves we struggle with. As we work together, we will integrate not only your narrative but the specific goals you have to achieve the life you want. There are times when we need that extra support to maneuver through the obstacles that hinder the healing that is necessary to take the next step. Whether it is a past trauma or a recent occurrence, our everyday reality has a way of mirroring the pain that we are pushing through, day in and day out. If you feel anxious, depressed, or even just uneasy, it may be time to look inward. I want to offer support. I practice within a multitude of frameworks such as trauma, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, teens, and men’s issues, to name a few.
As an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (#10699), I utilize an integrative yet practical approach to counseling. We all live within a narrative that I found thematically revolves around the past, present, or future. I provide an atmosphere that welcomes you, your hardships, and the opportunity to begin a new chapter. Oftentimes, we feel like we are walking in the dark during these challenging periods of our lives, but I want to allocate perspective by offering structure to support you through the stages of your healing journey.
